By definition, Scope is the extent of an area and the opportunity or possibility to do something beyond that.  Playing with the idea of ‘more of what matters most’ as a way of expanding the possibilities for living within each property, the visual language was created to give the main brand meaning before the first project was off the ground. 
Designing a simple utilitarian word mark, allowed a solid foundation upon which to build the wider identity, with the two bars suggesting a filter for allowing the ‘extended living’ idea to exist. Image selection and the manipulation of ‘extended’ photography, was carefully chosen to add further dimension and depth to this idea.
